We elected the 44th and first black president of the United States, the economy has sunk to a historical low, we’re all living in shacks and looking for new jobs. One thing hasn’t changed however and that is the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Yes indeed no matter how things change you can always count on the Sturgis Rally to lift your spirits. This year being the 69th 
is set for August 3rd – 9th. Are You Ready! Don’t count on the world stopping and waiting for you, it’s time to make your plans. Before we know it, August will be here and we’ll be right back in the middle of Main Street madness and partying mayhem, loving every minute of it!

Motorcycles Have Become Mainstream Transportation
Written by Dirk Bennet I like smoke and lightening….heavy metal thunder! Racing with the wind…and the feeling that I’m under sang the 1970’s rock group Steppenwolf in Born to be Wild. This was one of the first rock songs to glorify the freedom and power of motorcycles. Followed by movies like The Wild Ones starring Marlon Brando and later the fabulous Easy Rider, motorcycles have become a symbol of freedom on the open road. Each year the small town of Sturgis, South Dakota, holds the largest motorcycle rally in the world. Thousands of cruising bikes, dirt bikes, and choppers descend upon this otherwise quiet town in the Black Hills were motorcycle devotees of all ages can party, attend rock concerts and simply enjoy talking about their favorite subject with other motorcycle riders. They come from all walks of life; doctors, lawyers, blue-collar working folks and an increasing number of women motorcycle riders. Decades ago motorcycle riders were considered as outlaws, mostly criminals. But today, all has changed and riders are viewed as true fans of the vehicles who are completely lawful, with only one two exceptions.

Chennai Event Management Services (CEMS) has a history of working with grassroots charities in India, Africa and Eastern Europe but with the launch of the Rainbow Rampage event organizers knew they’d need to find a unique partner with a track record for positive social change. Founded in 1989, Stonewall has become an international leader in LGBT advocacy actively assisting in the passing of major legislation to pass equality, civil partnership and adoption rights. Together we aim to further broadcast the tremendous good work they are doing with donations from participants and visibility during the event that passes through Europe’s greatest cities; Paris, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Prague Vienna and Budapest. The Rainbow Rampage may be billed as, The Ultimate Gay Party but lead organizer Guy Zucker hopes that as participants travel through Europe the rainbow of gay identities, personality and style will be an exciting way to make new friends and promote a positive message about LGBT people across the continent.
